| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选能产生新的抗菌物质的放线菌菌株。方法]采用稀释法从蓟县山区采集的土样中分离放线菌菌株,并通过抑制菌丝生长速率法、管蹀法和盆栽试验测定其抗菌活性。结果]在分离到的159株放线菌菌株中,有9株放线菌的发酵液在离体条件下对枯草芽孢杆菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有较强的抑制作用;有26株菌株发酵液对至少1种供试病原真菌的菌丝生长抑制率在70%以上。其中,TJ93菌株发酵液对6种供试真菌均有较强的抑制作用,对黄瓜霜霉病和小麦白粉病有一定的保护和治疗作用。结论]TJ93菌株抗菌谱较广,对植物病害的防治具有较大的研究开发潜力。
