消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清一氧化氮及氧自由基的测定及临床意义

摘    要:目的 :探讨血清一氧化氮 (NO)、脂质过氧化物 (LPO)及超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)与消化道恶性肿瘤的关系。方法 :对 42例消化道恶性肿瘤及 40例慢性胃炎患者进行血清 NO、L PO及 SOD测定。结果 :与慢性浅表性胃炎组相比 ,消化道恶性肿瘤患者血清 NO水平显著低下 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,L PO明显升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,其总 SOD(T- SOD)水平降低 (P<0 .0 5) ,Mn- SOD水平明显降低 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,而 Cu,Zn- SOD则下降不明显。NO水平的下降与 T- SOD活性的降低呈正相关 (r=0 .3471 ,P<0 .0 5)。结论 :恶性肿瘤患者抗氧化能力下降 ,氧化与抗氧化作用失衡 ,机体受过氧化损伤严重。特别是 NO作为巨噬细胞免疫效应分子 ,其水平的低下 ,是肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视而发生发展的重要机制之一。

Abstract:Objective: To study the relationship between serum levels of nitric oxide (NO),lipoperoxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), and malignant tumors of digestive tract.Methods:Serum NO and LPO contents and SOD activity were detected in 42 patients with alimentary tract carcinomas and 40 patients with chronic superficial gastritis.Results: NO contents, and total SOD and Mn-SOD activity other than Cu- and Zn-SOD were significantly decreased, and LPO levels were markedly increased in cancer patients, compared with gastritis subjects (P<0.01-0.05). There was a positive correlation between total SOD activity and NO levels (r=0.3471, P<0.05).Conclusion:The cancer patients are susceptible to be damaged by peroxidation due to the decreased ability of anti-oxidization. The decrease of NO could be involved in the avoidance of immune surveillance for tumor cells.
