| 摘 要： | 研究了6-BA和NAA 2种激素的不同配比,茎段的取材部位和放置方式(茎段横放,竖放)对茎段诱导愈伤组织的影响.结果表明:在以B5为基本培养基,6-BA 0.4 mg/L、NAA 1.2 mg/L 的培养基上愈伤组织长势较好.在以B5为基本培养基附加6-BA 0.4 mg/L、NAA 1.0 mg/L的培养基上,茎段横放对愈伤组织的诱导优于竖放方式.

| Abstract: | The stem section of peppermint was used to induce callus on B5 medium containing 6-BA(0.4 mg/L) and various NAA levels.The results indicated that addition of 6-BA(0.4 mg/L) and NAA(1.2 mg/L) to B5 medium was better for the inducing of callus.The inducing results was better when the explants were placed horizontally than vertically. |
