| 摘 要： | 骑楼老街是海口城市由古老城镇发展为沿海繁华商业城市的历史见证,是建设国际旅游岛的重要内容。虽然骑楼老街仍是海口人购物的重要场所,但是拥挤的道路、落后而破败的商住条件已难以适应人们的需求,只有购物没有休闲的购物环境也背离了人们的购物初衷,建筑立面、绿化、公共休憩空间、市政设施建设都不尽人意,街道景观逐渐走向衰落。对于此类骑楼老街要采取修复措施,恢复其立面景观,疏通流动空间,创造停滞空间,整理各类广告设施,改造市政设施建设,添加环境小品,创造具有地方特色的骑楼街景。
