食品中农药残留样品前处理技术研究进展

摘    要:在农作物病虫害防治领域农药被广泛应用,对生物机体机能有较为严重的毒害作用。建立快速、灵敏、有效的农药残留的检测技术,成为当前研究者热衷关注的课题。重点对近年来国内外农药残留样品前处理技术,农药残留的提取与分离新技术方法,进行综述。

Abstract:Because of their relatively rapid degradation and low accumulation in the biological food chain, the organophosphorus pesticides are widely applied to a variety of crops, including green vegetables and fruits. Hence, the monitoring of organophosphorus pesticide residues in food has become a priorit field because of its acute toxicity. This article is a review of the new technologies of preparing and detecting for the pesticide residues in food. The technologies of exacting and cleanup, and of analysis samples have been currently used from abroad and in china.
