| 摘 要： | 选聘大学生当"村官",是党中央的一项重大战略决策,意义重大,且成效显著。当前的问题是:与之相配套的法律法规不健全、选聘工作缺乏通盘考虑、"村官"素质参差不齐、考核管理不规范、"出口"设计不顺畅。应完善相关的法律法规、严把"入口"关,加强培训指导,注重考核与管理,实施更加优惠的"出口"政策。
