| 摘 要： | 为了解我国西部地区农村土地产权流转现状，以重庆市忠县为例。通过实地调研分析，研究区土地流转呈现以转包出租流转为主、流转规模较小、流转价格较低等特点；且存在流转方式不规范、流转服务机构不健全服务不到位等方面问题。最终提出规范交易流程和流转方式加快流转、健全交易流转机构引导流转、强化流转指导服务和监督帮助流转、创新激励多措举促进流转等措施，进一步助推乡村振兴战略实施。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the current situation of rural land property rights circulation in the western region of China,the Zhongxian County in Chongqing as an example.Through field research and analysis, the land circulation in the study area is characterized by subcontracting and leasing, small scale and low price.Besides, there are some problems such as irregular circulation mode, imperfect circulation service.Finally, it puts forward measures such as regulating transaction process and circulation mode to speed up circulation, improving transaction circulation guided by institutions, strengthening circulation guidance services and supervision and assistance, and innovating and encouraging multiple measures to promote circulation, so as to further boost the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. |
