摘    要:采用响应面法(RSM)对北虫草(Codyceps militaris(L.)Link.)液体发酵培养基的3种主要成分蔗糖、蛋白胨和KH2PO4进行优化,采用多元二次回归方程拟合3种因素与多糖产量之间的函数关系.通过岭脊分析,获得培养基中3因素最佳浓度为:蔗糖3.23%,蛋白胨1.05%,KH2PO40.08%,培养液多糖含量为1.977 970×10-2g/ml.

Abstract:Three major components(saccharose,tryptone and KH2PO4) of liquid fermentation medium for Codyceps militaris(L.)Link were optimized by response surface method(RSM).The method of fitting a regression equation to functional relation between the three components and polysaccharide yield was used.Optimal concentration of the three components was obtained according to ridge analysis,which were 3.23 % saccharose,1.05 % tryptone,0.08 % KH2PO4.And polysaccharide content in liquid fermentation medium was 1.975×10-2 g/mL.
