摘    要:应用有限元分析软件ANSYS分别对拖吊分离型清障车拖架进行全缩和全伸状态下的模态分析,得到拖架的前9阶固有频率及对应的主振型.在此基础上,选取其中有显著影响的前4阶模态进行了分析,了解结构的振动特性.研究结果可为减小振动对拖架下沉的影响提供理论参考,为拖架的动态结构设计提供必要的参数.

Finite Element Modal Analysis for Bracket of the Bracing-hoisting Separated Barrier-clearing Vehicle

Abstract:Modal analysis is conducted on bracket of bracing-hoisting separated barrier-clearing vehicle by using the finite element analysis software-ANSYS under totally retracted condition and totally extended condition separately,the preceding nine step natural vibration frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the bracket are calculated.In this foundation,the preceding four step modals that have significant impact on bracket vibration are analyzed,which can provide theoretical reference for weakening the vibration influence to bracket subsidence and provide necessary parameters for bracket dynamic structural design.
