摘    要:目的建立黄芡降糖片的准确定量质控方法.方法采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),以YMC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-水(48∶52)(含0.34%磷酸二氢钾和0.17%十二烷基硫酸钠)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为265 nm,柱温为25℃,测定黄芡降糖片中主要成分盐酸小檗碱的含量.结果盐酸小檗碱在0.64~6.40μg内线性关系良好,r=0.999 5,加样回收率为99.86%,RSD=1.01%.结论该方法操作简单、方便,重现性好,用于控制黄芡降糖片的含量,可信度高.

Application of HPLC in Quality Control of HQ

Abstract:Objective To establish an accurate method used for the control in quantity and quality of Huangqian(HQ).Method HPLC method was used for the determination of Berberine hydrochloride in HQ on YMC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)chromatographic column;acetonitrile-water(48∶52)(including 0.34% potassium phosphate dibasic solution and 0.17% sodium dodecyl sulfate) was mobile phase;the wavelength was 265 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results The linear range of Berberine hydrochloride in HQ was 0.64~6.40 μg,r=0.999 5,the average recovery was 99.86%,RSD=1.01%.Conclusion A simple,accurate and excellent in reappearance method to Berberine hydrochloride in HQ was established.It is reliable to use it to control content of Berberine hydrochloride in HQ.
