香根草杜松烷型倍半萜成分分析

摘    要:目的]分析香根草杜松烷型倍半萜成分。方法]采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC/MS)分析水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)、微波辅助萃取(MAE)、乙醇萃取的多个香根油样品。结果]共检测出9个杜松烯倍半萜化舍物,经分析比较,证实其中4个杜松二烯倍半萜成分,可在不同方法提取的香根油中重复检出,相似度高。结论]研究结果为香根油品质鉴定和香根草开发提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to analyze cadinane sesquiterpenoidnene composition in Vetiveria zizanioides.Method] Using GC/ MS analyzed many samples of verivert oil extracted by SD,MAE and ethanol extraction method.Result] 9 compounds of cadinene sesquiterpenoidnene were detected,four of them were confirmed to be composition of sesquiterpenoidnene,and could be repeatedly detected with different methods and the similarity was high.Conclusion] The results provided some scientific basis for vetiver oil ident...
