| 摘 要： | 在阐述我国种子产业发展现状、存在问题的基础上，提出了当前中国种子产业发展的对策是：彻底将政企分家，建立现代企业制度；实现相关组织间的有机结合；加强种子市场监管；加大知识产权保护力度，维护企业合法权益；加强国际交流，实现资源共享。
