铅、铬和硒对玫瑰无须鱼巴毒性的初步研究

摘    要:采用玫瑰无须鱼巴的水生毒性试验法对Pb2 + 、Cr6+ 、Se6+ 3种金属离子的生物毒性进行了初步研究。结果表明 ,3种金属离子对玫瑰无须鱼巴均有较高的毒性 ,有明显的时效性、剂量依赖性和毒性差异 ,且有不同的作用特点。Pb2 + 离子对玫瑰无须鱼巴的毒性最低 ,其最高存活质量浓度为 10 0mg/L ,最低全部死亡质量浓度为 2 0 0mg/L ;Cr6+ 离子的毒性次之 ,最高存活质量浓度为 2 0mg/L ,最低全部死亡质量浓度为 2 0 0mg/L ;Se6+ 离子的毒性最高 ,最高存活质量浓度为 2 0mg/L ,最低全部死亡质量浓度为 12 0mg/L。随着 3种金属离子质量浓度的升高 ,玫瑰无须鱼巴的死亡率逐渐升高 ,就同一离子浓度而言 ,随着作用时间的延长 ,玫瑰无须鱼巴的死亡率逐渐升高 ,均无性别差异。用直线内切法分别得到 3种金属离子不同时间对玫瑰无须鱼巴的半数致死质量浓度 (LC50 )。

Abstract:Rosy barb were used to research on the biological toxicity of lead, chromium and selenium ions. The study indicated that lead, chromium and selenium ions were certain toxicity that is obvious difference and the effectiveness of time, and dependentability of does to Rosy barb. The toxicity of Pb 2+ is the lowest to rosy barb, the most survival toxicity of Pb 2+ was the density with 100 mg/L, and the lowest density with whole dead is 200 mg/L. The toxicity of Cr 6+ is the less to rosy barb, the most survival toxicity of Cr 6+ was the density with 20 mg/L, and the lowest density with whole dead is 200 mg/L. The toxicity of Se 6+ is the lowest to rosy barb, the most survival toxicity of Se 6+ was the density with 20 mg/L, and the lowest density with whole dead is 120 mg/L. It was raising of dead rate along with increasing of ionic density. The dead rate of fish was gradually increased in the same density along with of persisting of time used. We obtained the LC 50 of ions by the straight-line-interpolation at intervals to rosy barb, respectively. The curve of the LC50 can indicate the size of toxicity and feature of ions. We can judge the sensitivity of fish to metal ions via the curve of the LC 50
