水稻温敏不育系育性与温度的相关性分析

摘    要:通过利用水稻温敏核不育系分期播种试验在不同的自然温度条件下的育性观察结果,进行育性与温度的相关性分析,结合散布图,可以判定温敏雄性不育系育性转换的温度敏感期及敏感期长短,不育基因表达所需的临界日均温值以及育性的稳定性。结果表明,温敏不育系的可育性与敏感期日均温呈极显著的负相关,不同不育系的温敏期距开花的具体日期,临界日均温值和育性遗传稳定性是不同的。

Abstract:The fertility of five TGMS lines was observed under natural temperature conditions by way ofsplit sowing(1Od interval between two sowings).The correlation between the fertility of TGMS lines andtemperature was analysed. According to the observed results the dissemination figures of the TGMS lineswere establlshed.on which the temperature sensitive stage of fertility alteration,the length of this stage,the critlcal sterile daily mean temperattire and the fertility stability could be dertermined.The resuIts indi-cated that the fertility of TGMS lines was highly negatively correlated with the daily mean temperature ofthe temperature sensitive stage. The number of dayxs from the sensitive stage to flowering,the critical ster-ile temperature and the genetic stability of sterility varied among different TGMS lines.
