黑穗醋栗花芽分化的初步观察

摘    要:本文以厚皮品种的黑穗醋栗为材料,初步摸清了花芽分化进程,并划分为未分化期、分化始期,小花分化期和性细胞形成期。观察结果表明,花芽分化的时间较长,在哈尔滨地区大约经历11个月时间。6月中旬为分化临界期,7—8月中旬为盛期,花芽越冬前为形态分化与建成阶段,翌春开花前为花器生长和性细胞形成阶段。


A PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION ON THE FLOWER BUD INITIATION OF BLACK CURRANT
Abstract:The flower bud initiation of Black Currant (Ribes nigrum L.) wasobserved by the method of paraffin and dissection. Experimental results revealed the whole process of flower bud differentiation. According to its morphological characteristics and physiological properties, flower bud differentiation may be divided into undifferentiated stage (Leafbud stage), initial differentiated stage (strig primordia stage), floret differentiated stage (including sepals, petals. stamens and corpels differentiated stage) and sex cell developing stage.The critical period of flower bud formation is in the middle of June, but the majority of flower buds were formed in July-August. Flower bud differentiation lasted for quite a long time (about 11 months), and it remained in dormant state for about 6 months. Thus, two different stages were separated distinctly by dormancy. The stage of flower bud formation is prior to dormancy and the second stage occurs next spring before blossom, when the floral organs are growing and the sex cells are developing.
