富锌水稻--改善人类锌营养的新途径

摘    要:简要介绍了锌与人类健康的关系,回顾了富锌水稻研究的背景,评述了培育富锌水稻改善人类锌营养的潜力,对目前在富锌水稻研究中所取得的初步进展作了简单总结,并指出今后研究方向的重点.

Abstract:The relationship between zinc and human health was presented, and the background of researches in zinc-dense rice was reviewed. The potential of breeding zinc-dense rice to improve human zinc nutrition was stated. Finally, the primary process of research was summarized.
