穗数型小麦新品种川农16与大穗型寡分蘖品系H461遗传差异研究初报

摘    要:采用微卫星分子标记(SSR)对穗数型小麦新品种川农16与大穗型寡分蘖品系H461在DNA分子水平上的遗传差异进行了检测。结果发现在小麦21条染色体上的23个SSR标记位点共检测到35个等位变异,每一个位点检测到的等位变异数目为1至2个,平均1 5个,其中12个SSR位点(52 2%)能够揭示川农16与H461间不同基因型的差异,可根据这些差异对川农16和H461杂种后代进行分子标记选择。并对有效穗数、穗粒数、小穗数、千粒重和穗粒重等5个性状进行了考察分析,除了有效穗数H461极显著低于川农16,其余4个考察性状均极显著高于川农16。分期播种试验表明,迟播对川农16有效穗数的影响很大,而对H461影响不明显。本文讨论了在小麦育种中穗数型和大穗型品种的协调利用以及适期播种对于提高小麦产量潜力的重要性。

The Preliminary Studies on Genetic Diversity of Effect Spike Type Wheat Chuannong 16 and Large Head Type Line H461
Abstract:The genetic diversity between new wheat variety with excellent effective tillers Chuannong 16 and a new wheat line H461 with few effective tillers was investigated by using simple sequence repetition (SSR) markers located on 21 chromosomes. A total of 35 alleles are detected on 23 SSR loci. On each SSR locus, 1 to 2 alleles are detected, with the mean of 15 alleles. Twelve out of 23 SSR markers (522%) are polymorphic among the two genotypes. The progenies of Chuannong 16 and H461 can be screened by using molecular markers tightly linked to these diversities. The agronomic characters of them such as effective tillers, kernels per spike, spikelets per spike, 1000 grain weight and grain weight per spike are evaluated. There is significant variation among the 5 agronomic characters. The effects of different planting date on effective tillers show that the variation of Chuannong 16 is more significant than H461. This paper reviews the harmony utilization between number spike type and large head type. And the potential effects of optimal planting date on yields are discussed.
