环境温度对不同品种鸡饥饿代谢的影响

摘    要:本试验利用密闭廻流式呼吸测热装置在10℃、20℃和30℃3个不同环境温度下测定7月龄的白来航杂交系(星杂288×岩谷D系)。当地大骨鸡和白洛克3个品种公鸡的饥饿代谢耗O_2量、CO_2产生量、呼吸商(RQ),产热量和体蛋白质分解量等指标。试验结果表明,环境温度和品种对鸡饥饿代谢耗O_2量、CO_2产生量及产热量都有显著影响;呼吸商与温度、品种无关;环境温度对饥饿氮代谢无影响,但不同品种间的氮代谢有差异;环境温度和品种对内源尿氮与产热量之比有影响,此乃温度对产热量的影响所致。蛋用品种体蛋白分解量占总产热量的比例较高。

Abstract:Three breeds of 7-month old cockerels-White Leghorn, the local Da Gu and Rock were used in an experiment measuring their oxygen consumption, carbon dioxide output, respiratory quotient, heat production and protein catabolism while fasting. Two closed circuit respiration apparatuses were used and measurements were taken under three different environmental temperatures, i.e. 10° 20° and 30℃.Environmental temperatures and breeds exerted significant influences on oxyen consumption, carbon dioxide output and heat production.Respiratory quotient of the fasting cockerels had no relations either to the temperatures or to the breeds.The effect of temperatures on nitrogen metabolism of the fasting cockerels was not significant.The temperatures and breeds affected the ratios of the endogenous urinary nitrogen excretion over heat production. The productions of protein catabolized to the heat production while fasting was higher in the laying breed than in the others.
