摘    要:目的]对野生稻DNA导入后代进行苗期耐冷性鉴定。方法]以普通野生稻的基因组DNA导入宁夏主栽品种宁粳16号和宁粳23号所产生的后代07DJ-4、07DJ-26、07DJ-27、07DJ-28、07DJ-39、05D4-92、05D4-160和05D4-161为试材,以宁粳16号和宁粳23号为对照,各材料幼苗经8℃低温处理后对其进行苗期(三叶期)耐冷性鉴定。结果]各材料幼苗经低温处理后其株高、干重和叶绿素含量等均有所降低。在低温胁迫下,05D4-92、05D4-160和05D4-161的幼苗平均枯死率较其他参试品种低24.7%,且其株高、植株干重、叶绿素含量和叶绿素荧光参数等受低温影响较小,是耐冷性较强的材料。结论]野生稻DNA导入后代05D4-92、05D4-160和05D4-161的耐冷性较好。

Identification on Cold Tolerance of the Progeny with Wild Rice DNA Introduction in Seedling Stage
Abstract:Objective] The study was to identify the cold tolerance of the progeny with wild rice DNA introduction in seedling stage.Method] With the progenies such as 07DJ-4,07DJ-26,07DJ-27,07DJ-28,07DJ-39,05D4-92,05D4-160 and 05D4-161 produced by inducing genomic DNA of common wild rice into 2 main cultivars of Ningjing 16 and Ningjing 23 in Ningxia as tested materials,and with Ningjing 16 and Ningjing 23 as CK,the cold tolerance of each variety were identified in seedling stage(three leaf stage) after their seedings were treated at 8 ℃.Result] After the seeding of each variety were treated by low temperature,their plant height,dry weight and chlorophyll content etc all had some decrease.Under low temperature stress,the average mortality of the seeding of 05D4-92,05D4-160 and 05D4-161 was 24.7% lower than that of other tested varieties,and the effects of lower temperature on their plant height,plant dry weight,chlorophyll content and its fluorescence parameters were little,so these 3 materials had stronger cold tolerance of.Conclusion] The cold tolerance of the progeny with wild rice DNA introduction 05D4-92,05D4-160 and 05D4-161 were better.
