六倍体普通小麦高分子量谷蛋白亚基Glu-A1和Glu-B1共同缺失材料研究初报

摘    要:利用SDS-PAGE方法对源于CIMMYT的六倍体普通小麦材料SYN351进行了高分子量谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)分析,结果表明SYN351Glu-A1和Glu-B1位点编码的HMW-GS同时全部缺失,唯有Glu-D1位点编码的HMW-GS(5 10)存在(N,N,5 10),是六倍体普通小麦中一种高分子量谷蛋白亚基缺失的新类型。

Abstract:The composition of high molecular weight(HMW) glutenin subunit(GS) in a common wheat line SYN351 derive from CIMMYT wheat germplasm,was analyzed by SDS-PAGE.SYN351 only possessed HMW-GS 5 10 encoded by Glu-D1,and non HMW-GS were observed on locus of Glu-A1and Glu-B1.It was seemed that SYN351(N,N,5 10)was a new type of HMW-GS composition in common wheat.The potential utilization of SYN351 in wheat quality breeding was discussed in present paper.
