摘    要:目的]为萝卜的品质育种和人们科学膳食提供参考依据。方法]以来源于6个不同产地的潍县萝卜为试材,测定不同萝卜肉质根中干物质、可溶性糖及Vc含量,比较不同来源萝卜品种的品质性状。结果]潍坊学院改良的潍县萝卜干物质含量最低,为64.5∥蝇,适合生食;潍坊学院改良的潍县萝卜品种含糖量和V。含量均最高,分别为31.2g/kg(FW)和340mg/kg(FW)。从综合品质来看,潍坊学院改良的潍县萝卜营养成分最高,干物质、可溶性糖及vc含量3项指标均排在首住。结论]潍县萝卜品质性状的改良仍有待加强。

Comparison on Quality of Raphanus sativus cv.Weixian luobo in Different Habitats

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide reference for the quality breeding of radish and scientific diet of people.Methods] Taking Raphanus sativus cv.Weixian luobo in 6 habitats as text materials,the concents of dry matter,total soluble sugar and Vitamin C were mensurated to compare the quality properties of radish from different habitats.Result] The concent of dry matter in Raphanus sativus cv.Weixian luobo improved by Weifang University was lowest,namely 31.2 g/kg,thus can be used as unripe food;and the contents of total soluble sugar and Vitamin C were highest,namely 31.2 g/kg(FW) and 340 mg/kg(FW),respectively.From comprehensive qualities,the nutritional composition of Raphanus sativus cv.Weixian luobo improved by Weifang University were highest,and the above three indicators were all excellent.Conclusion] The quality of Raphanus sativus cv.Weixian luobo needs to be further improved.
