| 摘 要： | 目的]分析并测定沙棘茶中的脂肪酸。方法]采用索氏提取法提取沙棘绿茶和沙棘红茶中的脂肪酸，并通过气质联用法对脂肪酸的化学组成及含量进行了测定分析。结果]气质检测结果表明，2种沙棘荼的脂肪酸化学组成相同，均含有十四烷酸（肉豆蔻酸）、十五烷酸、十六烷酸（棕榈酸）、十八碳二烯酸（亚油酸）、十八碳烯酸（油酸）、十八碳三烯酸（亚麻酸）、十八烷酸（硬脂酸）、二十烷酸（花生酸）和二十烷烯酸等9种脂肪酸。结论]该方法准确、简便，适用于沙棘茶中脂肪酸的分析和含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective] The study aimed to analyze and determine the fatty acid in seabuckthorn tea.Method] The fatty acid in seabuckthorn green tea and black tea were extracted by soxhlet extraction method and the chemical composition and contents of fatty acid were analyzed by GC-MS method.Result] The GC-MS detection showed that 2 kinds of seabuckthorn tea had same chemical composition and all both contained 9 kinds of fatty acid including Myristic acid,Pentadecanoic acid,Palmitic acid,Linoleic acid,Oleic acid,Linolenic acid,Stearic acid,Eicosenoic acid,Arachidic acid.Conclusion]This method was accurate,simple and applicable to the analysis of the fatty acids and their content determination in the seabuckthorn tea. |
