摘    要:目的]研究三色源菌剂不同施用方式对黄瓜(CucumissativusL.)幼苗生长茇霄的影响。方法]设灌根、喷雾1次、喷雾2次处理,以喷施清水为对照。结果]施用三色源菌剂能够促进黄瓜幼苗的生长,3种处理中以灌根处理效果最佳,能明显提高黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、根冠比、叶绿素含量及叶面积。叶面喷施对黄瓜幼苗的影响则次于灌根处理,其中叶面喷施1次处理优于喷施2次。结论]该研究可为三色源菌剂在今后黄瓜生产上的合理应用提供科学依据。

Effects of Diafenthiuron Different Application Methods on Growth and Development of Cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)Seedlings

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study effects of diafenthiuron different application methods on growth and development of cucumber seedlings.Method] The experiment designed three treatments for cucumber seedlings,irrigation,once spraying and twice spraying,respectively,and spraying water was CK.Result] The results showed that diafenthiuron could promote the growth of cucumber seedlings.And among the three treatments,the irrigation was the best,it could be markedly improved the cucumber seedlings height,diameter,chlorophyll content and leaf area,while the method of spraying were secondary to the irrigation of cucumber seedlings,thereinto,the spraying once was better than spraying twice.Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for application of diafenthiuron in cucumber production in future.
