摘    要:目的]制备一种能螯合钙离子的蚕蛹壳聚糖化合物。方法]采用化学方法对蚕蛹壳聚糖进行分子修饰,制备壳聚糖甘氨酸衍生物,并通过红外光谱及核磁共振分析其分子结构。结果]甘氨酸已被接枝到蚕蛹壳聚糖分子上,成为在C6-OH发生醚化反应的壳聚糖甘氨酸衍生物。结论]该研究为下一步体外抗凝血试验提供了依据,为新型抗凝血剂的制备奠定了基础。

A New Compound Preparation of Silkworm Chitosan

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to prepare a silkworm chitosan compound which can chelate with calcium ion.Method] Chemical methods were employed to conduct molecular modifications towards chitosan of silkworm pupae and prepare the glycine derivative of chitosan,moreover,infrared spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance were used to analyze its molecular structure.Result] Glycines had been grafted onto chitosan molecules of silkworm pupae,and became the resultant glycine derivative of chitosan based on etherification reaction on C_6-OH.Conclusion] The study provided basis for anti-coagulation in vitro,and provided foundation for the preparation of new anticoagulant.
