| 摘 要： | 为了研究不同采收日期对三台核桃品质的影响.以三台核桃为试验材料,分别于2007年9月5日、9月9日、9月13日、9月17日、9月21日、9月25日进行采样.并对样品的主要经济性状进行了测定.然后对种仁中粗脂肪、粗蛋白质含量进行了测定与比较分析.结果表明:不同日期采收的核桃其粗脂肪与粗蛋白质的含量均存在着明显的差异,其中9月25日采收的核桃其品质较好,其粗脂肪和粗蛋白质的平均含量分别为70.54%和20.70%,而9月5日采收的核桃其粗脂肪和粗蛋白质的平均含量分别为66.41%和18.53%.
