摘    要:全球变暖表现出夜间增温幅度大于白天的非对称性增温特性,为明确不同阶段夜间增温对小麦生长发育特征及产量的影响,以扬麦18为试验材料,采用被动式增温装置分别对小麦分蘖期至拔节期(NW_(T-J))、拔节期至孕穗期(NW_(J-B))、孕穗期至开花期(NW_(B-A))三个不同阶段进行夜间增温处理,以不增温为对照(NN),研究不同阶段夜间增温对小麦生长发育特性、旗叶衰老特性及产量的影响。结果表明,不同阶段夜间增温均能提高小麦花后0~15 d旗叶面积和叶绿素含量;显著提高灌浆前期小麦旗叶的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,降低花后0~15 d小麦旗叶丙二醛(MDA)含量;显著增加成熟期小麦干物质的积累量,提高小麦产量,其中,NW_(J-B)处理下小麦产量增加幅度最大,较NN(对照)提高了8.75%。本试验条件下,拔节期至孕穗期夜间增温提高了花后0~15 d小麦旗叶面积、叶绿素含量和抗氧化酶活性,降低了灌浆前期小麦旗叶膜脂过氧化程度,最终增加了小麦的干物质积累量和产量。

Abstract:In order to clarify the effects of night warming on wheat growth and development,flag leaf senescence and yield,Yangmai 18 was used as the experimental material,and the passive warming device was used to test the effects of night warming on wheat growth and development at three stages:from tillering stage to jointing stage(NWT-J),jointing stage to booting stage(NWJ-B) and booting stage to flowering stage(NWB-A),with no temperature increase as the control(NN).The effects of night warming at different stages on the growth and development characteristics,flag leaf senescence characteristics and yield of wheat were studied.The results showed that night time warming at different stages increased the flag leaf area and chlorophyll content at 0-15 days after anthesis,significantly increased the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) in flag leaves at early grain filling stage,but decreased the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in flag leaf.Moreover,the dry matter accumulation of wheat at maturity stage and the yield of wheat were significantly increased,among which the yield of wheat under NWJ-B treatment was increased by 8.75% compared with that of NN(control).In this experiment,night warming from jointing stage to booting stage increased flag leaf area,chlorophyll content and antioxidant enzyme activity of wheat from 0 to 15 days after anthesis,decreased membrane lipid peroxidation degree of wheat flag leaf at early grain filling stage,and finally increased dry matter accumulation and yield of wheat.
