生长抑制剂对美味猕猴桃幼树控长促花及其核酸、蛋白质代谢的影响

摘    要:1983—1986年在美味猕猴桃幼树上进行了喷布生长抑制剂试验。结果表明:猕猴桃幼树在新梢生长前期(5月上旬~5月下旬)喷布2000~3000ppmB9 1—2次.1000~1500ppmCEPA 2次、2000ppmPP3332次以及2000ppmB9+500ppm CEPA 2次,2000ppmPP333+600ppmCEPA 2次,均能有效地控制营养生长.促进花芽分化.其中两个混喷处理控长促 花尤为显著.喷布生长抑制剂后,叶内总核酸、DNA、RNA、蛋白质的含量增加,表明生长抑制剂促进了核酸、蛋白质的生物合成.这样可使叶部的核酸代谢活化,影响遗传信息的表达,调节和推动生理代谢过程,促进成花基因的活化,从而显示出促进花芽的效果.

Abstract:A research of growth inhibiting substances for controlling growth and fruiting of young 'Hayward' trees (Actinidai deliciosa) was carried out economically and effectively from 1983 to 1986. The results obtained from the experiments showed that spraying 2000-3000 ppm B9 once or twice, 1000-1500 ppm CEPA twice, 2000ppm PP333 twice, 2000ppm B9+500ppm CEPA twice and 2000ppm PP333+500ppm CEPA twice, before shoots of young trees grow fast (from late April to early May)could control vegetative growth effectively,promote flower bud differentiation and increase yields. Spraying 2000ppm B9+500ppm CEPA and 2000ppm PP333+500ppm CEPAproved to be the most effective in controlling growth, prometing blooming, increasing yields.Application of growth inhibiting substances caused a significant increase in the total nucleic acid, DNA, RNA, protein of leaves. These data indicated that growth inhibiting substances promoted biosynthesis of nucleic acid and protein and encouraged the activity of metabolism of nucleic acid of leaves, influenced expression of genetic information,controlled physiological metabolism process, activated gene of frower and promoted flower bud formation.
