| 摘 要： | 目的]研究宁波3号培养液和f/2培养液对小球藻生长的影响。方法]在相同条件下,分别用宁波3号和f/2培养液对小球藻进行为期7 d的培养,每天上午用血小球计数器在显微镜下对2种培养液中的小球藻计数。结果]前4 d在f/2中生长的小球藻优于宁波3号培养液中生长的小球藻,第5天以后,也就是处于指数生长期和稳定期的小球藻在宁波3号培养液中的生长比在f/2中生长得快,在数量上明显占有优势。结论]在相同条件下,宁波3号培养液相对f/2培养液更有利于小球藻的生长。
