摘    要:目的]研究一点红不同溶剂浸提物的抑菌性。方法]采用甲醇、乙醇、丙酮乙酸乙酯及乙醚5种溶剂提取一点红,并且采用用滤纸片扩散法研究一点红不同溶剂提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的抑菌作用。结果]提取效率顺序为甲醇>乙醇>丙酮>乙醚>乙酸乙酯,而一点红提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌作用强弱顺序为乙醚>乙醇>甲醇>丙酮>乙酸乙酯。结论]乙醇浸提一点红的效率较高,抑菌作用较好。

Abstract:Objective] The aim of the research was to study the antibacterial effect of Emilia sonchifolia extracts by different solvents.Methods] Emilia sonchifolia was extracted by methanol,alcohol,acetone,acetic ether and ether,respectively.The antimicrobial effects of these extracts of Emilia sonchifolia on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were studied by paper dish diffusion.Results] The sequence of the extraction rate was methanol>alcohol>acetone>ether>acetic ether,but the sequence of the antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was ether>alcohol>methanol>acetone>acetic ether.Conclusion] Emilia sonchifolia lixiviation extracted by alcohol had the high extraction rate and the fine antibacterial activity.
