砧用瓠瓜种质资源对西瓜枯萎病的抗性及嫁接适用性研究

摘    要:对来自中国和日本的32份砧用瓠瓜种质资源进行西瓜枯萎病抗性鉴定,并配制杂交组合分析抗性杂种优势。通过比较研究砧用瓠瓜种质资源的幼苗性状及其与西瓜的嫁接亲和性,不同砧木对西瓜嫁接苗生长及果实性状的影响,评价砧用瓠瓜的嫁接适用性。结果表明:编号为H04、H10、H12、H13的4份砧用瓠瓜种质资源高抗西瓜枯萎病,用其配制出的F1表现抗性杂种优势,且与西瓜接穗具有良好的嫁接亲和性及共生亲和性,嫁接西瓜的单果质量增加,果实品质保持不变,抗病性和嫁接适用性综合表现优良,可作为抗西瓜枯萎病的砧用瓠瓜育种资源;H05和H04抗性杂种优势突出,可作为抗西瓜枯萎病的砧用瓠瓜杂交育种骨干亲本,且H04适合作父本。

Abstract:In this study,32 germplasm resources of rootstock-used Lagenaria siceraria collected from China and Japan were selfed,crossed,and their resistance heterosis was analyzed.Through comparison,this paper studied on the seedling character of rootstock-used Lagenaria siceraria germplasm resources and their graft compatibility with watermelon,and the effects of different stock on the growth and fruit characters,so as to evaluate the grafting applicability of rootstock-used Lagenaria siceraria.The result showed that H04,H10, H12 and H13 were highly resistant to watermelon Fusarium wilt(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.niveum).Their F1 expressed heterosis on resistance,and had good graft compatibility and symbiotic compatibility with watermelon scion.The single fruit weight of the grafted watermelon was increased,and the fruit quality remained unchanged. The general performance of disease resistance and grafting applicability was excellent.They could be great resources for watermelon stock breeding.H05 and H04 could be used as backbone parent of cross breeding to resist Fusarium wilt,and H04 was suitable for being male parent.
