空气净化杀菌器对设施环境及黄瓜生长的影响

摘    要:在日光温室栽培条件下,以黄瓜品种津绿30号为试材,研究使用空气净化杀菌器对设施环境中病菌群落、有害气体及黄瓜生长的影响。结果表明:空气净化杀菌器对设施环境中的有害气体和病原菌有显著的清除杀灭效果;与不使用空气净化杀菌器的对照相比,使用空气净化杀菌器能提高黄瓜光合作用,降低气传病害的病情指数,有效阻止霜霉病、白粉病、炭疽病、枯萎病、黑星病和蔓枯病等黄瓜常见病害的传播,显著降低黄瓜体内过氧化物酶SOD、POD、CAT的活性和MDA含量,显著提高单瓜质量和产量;此外,空气净化杀菌器还能降低劳动作业强度,提高设施环境的机械化和自动化水平。

Abstract:Under solar greenhouse cultivation condition,this paper took cucumber cultivar‘ Jinlyu No.30’ as test material and studied on the effects of air cleaning equipment on pathogen community,harmful gas and cucumber growth.The results showed that air cleaning equipment has significant scavenging effects on harmful gas and pathogen.Compared with the contrast group without using air cleaning equipment,the used one could promote the photosynthesis of cucumber,reduce indexes of diseases,effectively prevent the propagation of cucumber downy mildew,powdery mildew,anthracnose wilt,Fusarium wilt,venturia disease and Mycosphaerella melonis,remarkably reduce the peroxidase activities of SOD,POD,CAT and the content of MDA in cucumber,and significantly increase single fruit weight and yield of cucumber.Besides,air cleaning equipment could help to reduce labor intensity,improve the level of mechanization and automation of facility environment.
