超高压萃取法提取山楂叶黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:以山楂叶为试材,采用超高压萃取法提取叶黄酮,研究单因素乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取压力、提取时间、提取温度对叶黄酮提取率的影响,以期为黄酮类化合物提取及对叶黄酮的开发利用提供参考依据。结果表明:基于单因素试验结果进行响应面试验分析,得到修正后的最佳工艺参数为乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1∶20 g·mL-1、提取压力350 MPa、提取温度60℃,得叶黄酮实际提取率为7.068%。

Abstract:Taking hawthorn leaves as test materials,the effects of single factor,ethanol volume fraction,ratio of material to liquid,extraction pressure,extraction time and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of leaves flavonoids were studied by using ultra-high pressure extraction method.Based on the results of the single factor test,the conduct analysis with response surface test,the results showed that the best process parameter of correction as follows,ethanol volume fraction of 70%,ratio of material to liquid 1∶20 g·mL-1,extraction pressure of 350 MPa,extraction temperature of 60℃,the actual extraction rate of leaf flavonoids was 7.068%.The research offers a practical basis for the extraction of leaf flavonoids from hawthorn leaves,and the development as well as utilization of the leaf flavonoids.
