摘    要:以饲用甜高粱为供试作物,腐植酸和生物炭为供试材料,设置7个处理,分别为空白处理(T1)、1%(占土质量比)生物炭(T2)、0.06%腐植酸(T3)、0.06%腐植酸+1%生物炭(T4)、0.06%腐植酸+0.5%生物炭(T5)、0.03%腐植酸+1%生物炭(T6)和0.03%腐植酸+0.5%生物炭(T7),研究了腐植酸和生物炭配施下饲用甜高粱对设施富磷土壤磷素吸收与转化的影响,以期改善由磷素积累所产生的设施农田环境问题。结果表明:T6处理的吸磷量显著高于其它处理,为0.919 g·盆^-1,较对照高出38.82%。从无机磷与有机磷所占总磷比例来看,T5处理的有机磷占比最大,显著降低了Ca8-P含量,提高了Fe-P和O-P含量,促进磷素向稳定形态转化。T7和T5处理的磷酸酶活性显著提高,促进土壤中有机磷向无机磷的转化。因此,T6处理有利于饲用甜高粱对土壤磷素的吸收,T5处理对促进磷素向稳定态转化,降低潜在的磷环境风险有利。

Abstract:Sweet sorghum forage was used as the test crop,and humic acid and biochar were used as test materials.The test set up 7 treatments,namely blank treatment(T1),1%(to siol weight ratio) biochar(T2),0.06% humic acid(T3),0.06% humic acid+1% biochar(T4),0.06% humic acid+0.5% biochar(T5),0.03% humic acid+1% biochar(T6) and 0.03% humic acid+0.5% biochar(T7).The effects of humic acid and biochar on phosphorus absorption and transformation in facility phosphorus-rich soils were studied,in order to improve the environmental problems caused by phosphorus accumulation in greenhouse farmland.The results showed that the amount of phosphorus absorbed by T6 treatment was significantly higher than that of other treatments,was 0.919 g·pot^-1,which was 38.82% higher than the control.From the ratio of total phosphorus to inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus,the proportion of organic phosphorus in T5 treatment was the largest,which significantly reduced the content of Ca8-P,increased the content of Fe-P and O-P,and promoted the conversion of phosphorus to stable form.In addition,the phosphatase activity of T7 and T5 treatments were significantly improved,promoting the conversion of organic phosphorus to inorganic phosphorus in the soil.Therefore,T6 treatment was beneficial to the absorption of soil phosphorus in forage sweet sorghum.T5 treatment was beneficial to promote the transformation of phosphorus into a stable state and reduce the potential phosphorus environmental risk.
