稻瘟病菌菌株对三环唑敏感性分析

摘    要:将在黑龙江省和吉林省分离到的稻瘟病菌菌株在含有三环唑药剂的PDA培养基上培养6 d后,观察其生长速率.试验结果表明,供试的24个菌株对三环唑剂的敏感性有显著差异,抑制率从48.61%到99.24%不等,不同地区分离到的菌株生长速率存在差异,同一地区的不同菌株生长速率也存在着差异,同一生理小种的不同菌株的生长速率也存在着差异.本试验结果表明供试地区的部分菌株对三环唑药剂已经产生了一定的抗药性.

Abstract:Cultured on PDA medium for 6 days, the growth-speed of rice blast fungi sampled from Heilongjiang and Jilin province was investigated. The research showed that the sensitivity of 24 isolates had distinct difference on trcyciazole, inhibitory ratio from 48.61% to 99.24%. The growth speed of different isolates which coming from different area or same area, so much as in the same physiological race all had discrepancy. The research showed that the inseticide resistance to trcyciazole had emerged in some isolates.
