沙黄松生理特性的初步研究

摘    要:本文通过对6年生沙黄松、马尾松(ck)的组织含水量、叶绿素含量及a/b比值、不同条件处理时电导率、蒸腾强度和自然饱和亏等生理指标测定。结果表明:沙黄松苗木根系含水量增加4.2%,叶绿素含量增加6.5%.两者低温(0~3℃)电导率、蒸腾强度、自然饱和亏等存在显著差异。高温(50℃)电导率也有差异。指出沙黄松在光合产物合成方面、抗逆能力、适应性等较本地马尾松好,从而有利于沙黄松生长。

Abstract:In this paper,the author determined several physiological indexes of 6-aged P.massoniana and P. massoniana var.shaxianensis,such as moisture content in different organ, chlorophyll content and a/b value, electrical conductivity at low and high temperature, transpiration intensity and water saturation deficit etc. The results showed that the moisture contents in different organs and chlorophyll contents of P. massoniana var. shaxianensis were all higher that those of P.massoniana.There were remarkable differences in electrical conductivity at low temperature(0 ̄3℃),transpiration intensity and water saturation deficit between P.massoniana var.shaxianensis and P. massoniana, and there was also difference in electrical conductivity at high temperature (50℃) but not remarkable. From it the paper further drawn a conclusion that P.massoniana var.shaxianensis has better quality of photosynthesis,resistivivty and adaptability than P. massoniana.
