| 摘 要： | 采用平板培养法,探讨了在PDA培养基中加入不同比例的平菇菌糠提取液对茶新菇、金针菇、毛木耳、杏鲍菇和白灵菇菌丝生长的影响.结果表明,在PDA培养基中加入30%～50%的平菇菌糠提取液对茶新菇和金针菇菌丝生长具有明显促进作用;加入10%～30%的平菇菌糠提取液对毛木耳菌丝生长有促进作用;加入10%平菇菌糠提取液对杏鲍菇和白灵菇菌丝生长影响不显著,但当平菇菌糠提取液加入量达到30%及其以上时,则明显抑制菌丝生长,尤其是白灵菇菌丝几乎不能生长.

| Abstract: | Effects of aquatic extraction solution from residue of Pleurotus ostreatus on the mycelium growth of five edible fungi were conducted by using plate method.The results showed that the mycelium growth of Agrocybe chaxingu Huang and Flammulina velutipes(Fr.) Sing increased markedly in PDA culture medium,which contained 30 %～50 % aquatic extraction solution from residue of Pleurotus ostreatus.The mycelium growth of Auricularia polytricha(Mont.) Succ increased in PDA culture medium,which contained 10 %～30 % above extraction solution.The mycelium growth of Pleurotur eryngii and Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi decreased in PDA culture medium,which contained 10 % above extraction solution.And the mycelium growth of Pleurotus ferulae Lanzi was almost inhibited in PDA culture medium,which contained 30 % above extraction solution. |
