竹炭电阻率与其理化性能间的关系

摘    要:通过在不同的炭化最高温度下烧制竹炭的灰分含量、挥发分含量、固定碳含量、密度、pH值的测定,并运用惠斯登电桥测其电阻值,探讨了竹炭电阻率与其理化性能之间的关系。结果表明:竹炭电阻率和竹炭理化性能之间存在相关性,竹炭电阻率随竹炭灰分含量、固定碳含量、密度和pH值的增加而有不同程度的降低,而随着竹炭挥发分含量的降低而降低。

Abstract:With boxlike electric resistance furnace(type SX2-5-12),bamboo charcoal was manufactured with various final temperature of carbonization. Its ash content, volatile matters, fixed carbon, density, pH and electric resistance with Wheatston Bridge were determined. The relationships between electric resistivity and physico-chemical properties of bamboo charcoal were studied. The result showed that there had correlation between them. The resistivity of bamboo charcoal decreased with increase of ash content, fixed carbon, density and pH, but decrease with volatile content.
