| 摘 要： | 测定了印楝素与高效氯氰菊酯对菜青虫的毒力,并筛选了2种药剂的最佳复配比例。结果表明,印楝素与高效氯氰菊酯按1:1的比例复配,增效作用最为明显,共毒系数达到187。综合考虑药效、成本等因素,确定2.5%混剂(1.25%印楝素 1.25%高效氯氰菊酯)进行田间试验,结果表明2.5%混剂对菜青虫的防治效果高于2种单剂,具有推广价值。

| Abstract: | The toxicity of azadirachtin and alphacypermethrin to Plutella rapae L.was determined and the optimal proportion of their mixture was screened.It was found that the synergism was the most significant when the proportion of azadirachtin and alphacypermethrin was 1:1,and the co-toxicity coefficient was 187.Based on the effects and costs,2.5%mixture (1.25% azadirachtin and 1.25% alphacypermethri) was proved to be feasible.The result of field trial showed that the effect of 2.5% mixture EC was higher than 0.3% azadirachtin EC and 4.5 alphacypermethrin. |
