摘 要: | 目的]探讨秋水仙素诱导阔叶风铃草多倍体的最佳方法。方法]以阔叶风铃草成熟种子为试材,研究不同浓度秋水仙素、处理时间和处理方法对风铃草多倍体诱导的影响。结果]幼苗用质量分数为0.2%的秋水仙素溶液浸泡16 h后,其多倍体的诱导率为16.0%,高于其他处理方法。结论]秋水仙素处理浓度和时间对阔叶风铃草的变异率有明显影响。

Abstract: | Objective] To explore the optimum method of polyploidy induction by colchicine in Campanula medium L.Method] The mature seeds of Campanula medium L.were used as materials,and the effects of colchicine concentration,treatment time and methods on the polyploidy induction ratios were studied.Result] The results showed that the optimum method of polyploid induction was soaking seeds in 0.2% colchicum for 16 h,and the highest induction ratio was about 16.0%.Conclusion] The adequate treatment concentration and duration can significantly enhance the mutational rate of Campanula medium L. |
