| 摘 要： | 多校区办学对高校各方面工作带来了新挑战。后勤作为高校重要的管理服务部门，在多校区办学背景下，要提高管理水平和服务质量，必须针对多校区办学特点，从理顺管理体制，优化资源配置，加强队伍建设，完善管理制度，强化服务意识等方面入手，健全后勤服务保障体系．提升服务保障能力。

| Abstract: | The running of university education on multi-campuses posed a great challenge for the university administration.Service department,as one of an important service management sectors,should set up a service guarantee system and raise the service guarantee to a higher level through smoothening the management system,optimizing the resource allocation,strengthening the team construction,perfecting the management system and enhancing the service awareness in the new situation of the multi-campus operations. |
