摘    要:以大庆自然植被干旱草原生境采集的北丝石竹种子为试材,研究其在不同温度、光照、贮存时间、PEG模拟干旱胁迫与其种子萌发的相关性,了解其种子对温度、光照、干旱生境等的适应能力,为建立种子繁殖技术流程提供科学依据。结果表明:北丝石竹在15~30℃发芽率均达90%以上,种子萌发温度范围具有宽适性,其中以25℃最适于种子萌发;北丝石竹种子萌发属于对光不敏感类型,种子在有无光照条件下都能够萌发;5%~10%PEG质量分数处理种子促进其种子萌发,PEG质量分数15%~25%抑制其种子萌发;PEG质量分数25%使种子不能萌发,PEG质量分数20%~25%处理不萌发的种子复水恢复实验,83%~84%的种子萌发,其仍具有恢复能力。北丝石竹种子萌发阶段具有一定抗旱能力。北丝石竹种子采收后常温保存1年对其发芽特性影响不明显。

Abstract:This study uses G.davurica seeds collected from arid grassland habitats of natural vegetation of Daqing as test materials to study the correlation of seed germination with different temperature,light,storage time and PEG simulated drought stress.The adaptability of the seeds to temperature,light,drought and other conditions of habitats was studied so as to provide scientific basis for the establishment of seed propagation process.The result shows,the seed germination rate of G.davurica was high in the temperature range of 15-30 ℃,averagely over 90%.And the seed germination had a wide adapt ability to temperature range,and the most suitable temperature for seed germination was 25 ℃.Seed germination was not sensitive to light and the seeds could germinate without light.The PEG concentration of 5%-10% promoted the seed germination,while 15%-25% inhibited it.The seeds could not germinate at PEG concentration of 25%.83%-84% of the seeds failed to germinate at PEG concentration of 20%-25% and regerminated through complex water recovery experiments.They still had the ability to recover.The stage germination of G.davurica seeds had a certain resistance to drought.Reserve at room temperature for one year after harvest had no obvious effect on the germination characteristics of G.davurica seeds.
