| 摘 要： | 试验设计与论文写作课程是江苏食品职业技术学院食品加工技术专业开设的一门专业拓展课程。根据高职人才培养的目标要求,从课程设计思路、教学内容选择、教学方法改革、教学手段改革以及考核评价方式等方面进行了阐述。通过课程教学改革调动了学生学习的积极性,使学生的职业方法能力和团队协作精神得到进一步加强。

| Abstract: | Experimental design and paper writing course is a professional development course of food processing technology specialty in Jiangsu Food Science College.According to the training objectives and requirements of higher vocational talents, the course design ideas,selection of teaching content,reform of teaching methods and evaluation method are elaborated in this paper.Through the teaching reform,the enthusiasm of study is mobilized,and students' occupation method ability and team spirit are further strengthened. |
