摘    要:长沙经济技术开发区污水净化中心采用氧化沟工艺,运行3年来,运行稳定,出水水质较好,化学需氧量、生化需氧量、悬浮物平均去除率均在90%以上.但同时存在总氮,总磷处理能力较差,不能达到国家排放标准;污泥沉积严重,较大地影响了氧化沟有效容积以及产生污泥膨胀等问题.提出的措施为:增设泥水分离池、预缺氧池、厌氧池和缺氧池、曝气机上、下游增加导流板、氧化沟底部增加推流器.改造后,出水总氮为6.29mg/L,总磷为1.43mg/L,去除率分别达到46.5%和70.8%.

Abstract:Since wastewater treatment plant of Changsha national economic technical development zone working with a oxidation ditch began to work three years age,its effluent has achieved high quality,in which the average COD,BOD,SS removal rates are all above 90%.However,there are such problems as too low TN and TP removal rate,sludge deposit in the bottom of oxidation ditch,and sludge expansion during the operation of the oxidation ditch.Besides their corresponding countermeasures are also presented in this paper.Through improvement,the emission of TN is 6.29 mg/L,TP is 1.43 mg/L,the removal of TN rate is 46.5%,TP is 70.8%.
