| Abstract: | This work was conducted to investigate the effect of LTA on the expression of SphK1 in SGC7901 human gastric cancer cell.SphK1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR and expression level of SphK1 protein was examined by western blotting.The results showed that both the mRNA and protein expression of SphK1 were lower than that of the control(P<0.05) after treatment with 200 and 500 μg.mL-1 LTA for 72 h.The results showed that LTA from Bifidobacterium could down-regulate the mRNA and protein expression of SphK1. |
