摘    要:目的]评定原子吸收法测定土壤中铜和锌含量的不确定度。方法]对原子吸收法测定土壤中铜和锌含量的取样量、体积(容器和温度)、样品质量浓度、样品的质量含水量等不确定度分量进行量化,计算出原子吸收法测定土壤中铜和锌含量的不确定度。结果]被测样品中铜含量为39.22 mg/kg,扩展不确定度U(WCu)为5.14 mg/kg,它是由标准不确定度(2.57 mg/kg)乘以包含因子(2)得到的;被测样品中锌含量为51.12 mg/kg,扩展不确定度U(WZn)为3.18 mg/kg,它是由标准不确定度(1.59 mg/kg)乘以包含因子(2)得到的。结论]测定样品质量浓度引入的不确定度占较大比例,包括标准曲线和测定次数引入的不确定度,在测定中应给予足够重视。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to assess the uncertainty of copper and zinc content in soil by atomic absorption spectrometry.Method] The uncertainty components such as the sampling quantity,volume(container and temperature),mass concentration and mass water content of sample etc.in determining copper and zinc content in soil by atomic absorption spectrometry were quantified and the uncertainty of the content of copper and zinc in soil was figured out by the same way.Result] The copper content in detected samples was 39.22 mg/kg,its extend uncertainty U(WCu) was 5.14 mg/kg,which was got by that the standard uncertainty(2.57 mg/kg)multiplied containing factor(2).Similarly,the zinc content in detected samples was 51.12 mg/kg,its extend uncertainty U(WCu) was 3.18 mg/kg,which was got by that the standard uncertainty(1.59 mg/kg)multiplied containing factor(2).Conclusion] The uncertainty caused by mass concentration of sample had a large proportion in the determination,including the uncertainty caused by standard curve and measuring times,which should be paid more attentions during the measuration.
