盐胁迫对小麦幼苗形态和生理特性的影响

摘    要:目的]研究盐胁迫对小麦幼苗形态和生理特性的影响。方法]采用盆栽方法,以扬麦158为材料,喷施不同浓度的NaCl、Na2SO4,研究其对小麦幼苗形态和生理特性的影响。结果]不同种类和不同浓度的盐胁迫对小麦幼苗形态和生理特性均有不同程度的影响,0.1%Na2SO4对小麦幼苗叶片和根系有促进作用,高浓度NaCl和Na2SO4对小麦幼苗的生长有一定的抑制作用,同时,盐胁迫导致小麦幼苗叶片中叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量下降,游离脯氨酸含量上升。结论]低浓度盐胁迫对小麦幼苗的生长影响不显著或促进生长,高浓度盐胁迫对小麦幼苗的生长会产生抑制作用,相同浓度的NaCl和Na2SO4,NaCl处理对小麦幼苗影响高于Na2SO4。

Effect of Salt Stress on Morphological and Physiological Characteristics in Wheat Seedlings.
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study effect of salt stress on morphological and physiological characteristics in wheat seedlings.Method] In the pot test,With the seedlings of Yangmai158 as tested materials,Spraying different concentrations and different Kinds of salt solution,research salt stress to wheat seedling morphological and physiological characteristic influence.Results] Different concentrations and different kinds of salt solution had certain degree influence on wheat seedlings,0.1%Na2SO4 promoted leaf and root growth in wheat seedling,the higher NaCl and Na2SO4 inhibited the growth.And chlorophyll content,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content of leave were decreased,proline content was increased.Conclusion]Low concentration salt stress(<0.1%-0.2%) promoted or had not significant effect on the grwoth of wheat seedling ,but higher concentration salt stress(>0.2%) had inhibitory effects.
