摘    要:采用髓心形成层贴接法,对栲属2个种,即红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)与白锥(C.carlesii Hayata)种间进行不同时期嫁接育苗试验.结果表明:采用髓心形成层贴接法,适合栲属种间嫁接,没有发现嫁接不亲和的现象;不同时期嫁接均有较高的成活率.综合比较成活率、保存率、接穗芽长等指标,表明嫁接效果最好的是3月,成活率达79%,接穗芽长11 cm;其次是1 1月、2月、10月、1月.说明春秋2季均适合栲属种间嫁接.气温对异砧嫁接成活率有直接影响,在低温时栲属种间嫁接愈伤组织生长比种内嫁接需要更长的时间,因此解绑时间可延长至100 d后.

Abstract:By adopting pith-cambium grafting method,grafting experiment with two Castanopsis genera namely Castanopsis hystrix and C.carlesii Hayata were carried out at different periods.The experiment showed that the pith…cambium grafting method was suitable for Castanopsis genera and no incompatibility was found.Comprehensively taking survival rate,conservation rate and scion growth to compare,March was the best grafting time with a survival rate of 79% and scion growth length of 11cm,followed by November,February,October and January,indicating that spring and autumn were suitable for grafting.Temperature directly impacted survival rate of grafting.While in low temperature,callus growth of interspecific grafting needed longer time than that of homoplastic grating.The optimist time for unbinding buds was 100 days after grafting.
