转基因抗虫棉产量形成特征

摘    要:采取品种鉴选的方法,对转基因抗虫棉的产量形成规律进行了研究.结果表明,转基因抗虫棉具有成铃高峰期提前,内围节成铃率高的时空分布特征.中棉所41、SGK321等品种,以伏桃为主的优质节位铃比例可达60%,在关中棉区为丰年能高产、灾年少减产的稳产高产品种类型;中棉所45、99B、33B等品种,伏前桃比例超过50%,秋淋情况下棉铃霉烂率达18.5%~32.3%,为丰年能高产、灾年丰产不丰收品种类型.7月5日~8月5日为中棉所41集中成铃期,与关中棉区的最佳成铃期相吻合,根据转基因抗虫棉中棉所41的生育特性和成铃规律,及时调整改进配套的栽培技术,是充分发挥其生产潜力的关键.

Abstract:The yield characteristics of transgenic insect-resistant cotton were studied with the method of variety select by using several varieties, such as CCCR41, 33B, SGK321, 99B, CCCR45, Jimi-an668, Lumian21, Shanmian7359 etc. The results showed that transgenic insect-resistant cotton had the following Characteristics: the peak period of bearing bolls was ahead of time and its bearing boll rates of centre nodes was high. The CCCR41, SGK321 and so on, whose boll rates of good nodes formed in hot-summer mainly displayed 60% attainability, had become the high and stable yield types because they could get high yield at abundant years and lose less at natural calamity years in central plain cotton area, Shaanxi Province. Those varieties of CCCR45, 99B, 33B and so on, whose boll rates retained in pre-hot summer was over 50% , and whose mildewed boll rate achieved 18. 5 % to 32. 3% under autumn rainfall dripping, were the other types whose yield was high in abundant years and whose development was also good but no good harvest in natural calamity years. The main period of bearing bolls of CCCR41 ranges from July,5 to august, 5, which is in harmony with the best time of bearing bolls in central plain cotton area, Shaanxi Province. According to the development characteristic and the rule of bearing boll of transgenic insect-resistant cotton-CCCR41, the key measure is that improving and regulating the corresponding planting technique in time so that we could make the most of the yield potentiality of transgenic insect-resistant cotton.
