| 摘 要： | 目的]了解鄂西北地区猪群高致病性蓝耳病毒免疫水平情况。方法]于2007年4~12月对鄂西北地区(襄樊、荆门、随州和十堰地区)76家标准化猪场接种过高致病蓝耳疫苗的猪群随机采集572份血样,应用ELISA方法对该地区的猪群致病性蓝耳血清抗体水平进行监测调查。结果]调查结果表明,在受检的572份血清中,阳性数217份,总体阳性率37.94%,其中,抗体弱阳性样本143份,占25.00%,抗体强阳性样本有74份,占12.94%。统计分析表明,在受检的76家猪场中,群体免疫合格率在75%以上的有20家,占26.32%。结论]该调查结果表明,鄂西北地区蓝耳抗体免疫状况不容乐观,应加强对蓝耳病的积极预防,以有效地控制猪蓝耳病疫情。

Monitoring on Virus Antibody Level of PRRS in Northwest Hubei Region |

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to know about the immune level for highly pathogenic PRRS(Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome)in Northwest Hubei region.Method] 572 blood samples were selected from swineries that were inoculated with highly pathogenic PRRS vaccine in 76 standardization pig farms in Northwest Hubei region of Xiangfan,Jingmen,Shuizhou and Shiyan from April to Dec.2007,the monitoring and investigation were conducted on serum antibody level of swinery with of highly pathogenic PRRS in this region by using ELISA method.Result] The investigation showed that among inspected 572 serums,the positive number was 217,with total positive rate of 37.94%,in which,samples with weakly positive antibody were 143,accounting for 25.00%,and samples with strong positive antibody were 74,making up 12.94%.The statistic analysis indicated that,in inspected 76 pig farms,there were 20 farms that had the qualified rate of herd immunity of 75%,accounting for 26.32%.Conclusion] The investigation indicated that immune status of PRRS antibody in Northwest Hubei region was not optimistic and the active prevention on PRRS should be strengthened so as to control the epidemic situation of PRRS effectively. |
