摘    要:通过对碱地风毛菊(Saussurea runcinata)苗期分别以NaCl和Na2SO4进行胁迫,浓度为0(CK)、60,120,180,240,300和360mmol/L,测定其根冠比、相对生长率、根长及株高,以确定其耐盐生长特性。结果表明,盐胁迫下,碱地风毛菊的根冠比和根长均大于对照组,相对生长率和株高均小于对照组;2种盐的相同浓度胁迫下,碱地风毛菊的根冠比差异不显著,NaCl胁迫下碱地风毛菊的相对生长率要显著高于Na2SO4胁迫下的相对生长率。

Abstract:This experiment was carried out to assess the growth characterization of tolerance-salt to Saussurea runcinata.The seedling stage of S.runcinata was respectively stressed by NaCl and Na2SO4 at the concentration of(0,60,120,180,240,300 and 360 mmol/L),and these indexes were determined,including root-top ratio,relative growth rate,root length and plant height.The results showed that root-top ratio and root length of S.runcinata were greater than that of the control under salt stress,but the relative growth ra...
